Held in my private Astoria studio, featuring a Reformer Tower Unit, Spinal Corrector, and all necessary props for a fully personalized session (and two very friendly cats 🐾!). If you prefer a pet-free space, sessions can also be held at an alternate studio location—please note that pricing may vary.
All sessions are 55 minutes long.

At Home
I bring Pilates to you! All you need is a mat—or any equipment you already have—and I’ll bring the props. We’ll work together in the comfort of your own space to create real, lasting changes in your body. Travel time is included.

Virtual
Traveling, living outside of NYC, or just want a session virtually? You can still stay consistent and continue working toward your Pilates goals.
Set up your camera in a well-lit spot where I can see your full body on your mat—or any equipment you have—and away we go!
